Restoration, Encouragement and Confident
The English as a Second Language (ESL) Program equips pastors, community leaders, and vulnerable individuals with essential English language skills. The program strengthens communication, supports education and ministry effectiveness, and promotes social integration and economic opportunity within the community.

Build partnerships with refugee resettlement agencies, social service providers, churches, and community organizations to ensure respectful, culturally appropriate outreach. Planned home visits and community engagement activities will be conducted to build trust, assess family needs, and provide spiritual and social support. Community mapping and needs assessments will be used to identify unreached households and priority areas for focused assistance.
